The names, logos, and marks described below are trademarks of Remu Technologies LLC (“Remu Technologies”), a Texas limited liability company, or are used by its divisions under common ownership. All rights are reserved.
Claimed marks
The following names and their associated logos are claimed as common-law trademarks (™) of Remu Technologies LLC:
- Remu™ — and the Remu kangaroo logos, including the jumping-kangaroo and standing-kangaroo marks
- Remu Technologies™ — the company name and corporate wordmark
- Remu App™ — the author and writing platform (remuapp.com)
- Remu Press™ — the publishing division (remupress.com)
- Remu Labs™ — the applied research and prototyping division
- Remu EdTech™ — the education and public-benefit initiative
- Axscape™ — the global connectivity venture, incubated within Remu Labs
- BatchPickup™ — the carrier pickup scheduling platform, incubated within Remu Labs
The ™ symbol
The ™ symbol indicates a trademark claimed under common law. It does not indicate federal registration. Where a mark is federally registered, the ® symbol will be used instead. Absence of a symbol from any particular use of a mark does not waive the rights claimed here.
Permitted use
- Referring to Remu Technologies or its products by name in a truthful, descriptive way (for example, in news, reviews, or commentary).
- Linking to our websites using our plain name.
Uses that require permission
- Using our names or logos in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship that does not exist.
- Modifying, recoloring, or recreating our logos.
- Using our marks in your own product, service, domain, or company name.
- Any commercial use of our logos or wordmarks.
Third-party marks
Other product and company names referenced on this site may be the trademarks of their respective owners. Their use here is for identification only and does not imply endorsement.
